When you send us your defective control board, we will find the cause and repair the failure. We also will inspect the condition of your board and address other issues including replacement of commonly failing components, reworking of degraded solder joints as a preventative measure. After your board passes a functionality test we will return it to you using the shipping method of your choice. We back our work with 90 days WARRANTY.

*** If an estimate is given and you choose not to have it repaired, a $75.00 amount will be charged for the bench time spent to come up with the recommended repairs. There is no charge if the board cannot be repaired. Shipping charges to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to repair and return my control board?

Average turnaround time is typically five to seven business days. The total amount of time also depends on correct information provided on the Repair Request Form. Your diagnosis is important.
